Black Bean Dip Soup with Cilantro & Lowfat Sour Cream

4 tablespoons of Yumelish Black Bean & Jalepeno SkinEdip
3 ounces of water
1 teaspoon of fat free sour cream (optional)
1 wedge of lime
Several sprigs fresh cilantro, chopped, about 1 tablespoons
Combine SkinEdip and water in small soup bowl. Stir until blended. Heat in microwave oven for 90 seconds. Chop cilantro. Remove soup from microwave and garnish with sour cream, squeeze of lime juice and cilantro.
