Tomato and Basil SkinEdip Dip Crostini
Total Time: 12 min; Prep: 2 min; Cook: 10 min
Yield:4 servings


1 loaf fresh French bread
Approx. 5 tablespoons of YumElish Rosemary and Garlic SkinEdip
1 tablespoon shaved parmesan cheese - Optional

5 basil leaves, chopped - Optional


Preheat oven to 350 F


Slice bread 1/3" thick. Lay on foil lined baking sheet. Bake for approx. 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.


While bread is in the oven, shave the parmesan and chop up the basil garnishes. (optional)

Remove bread from oven. Spread approx 1/2 teaspoon of YumElish dip on each crostini slice.


Top with shaved parmesan and the basil.


Serve warm.
