YumElish was founded by a working mom and her family who
were searching for ready made foood that was low in fat, sugar, salt and not full of preservatives and artificial ingredients.
It started with bean dips. While we love the taste of hummus,
it seemed like eveything available in stores had far more fat and salt that it needed or even worse, contained citric
acid --a preservative commonly made from fermented sugar. Using family recipes, we set out to make the healthiest dips
possible with the freshest ingredients available.

We got to work and created some incredible tasting food that was crafted
with fresh ingredients, while leaving out the preservatives, and unneeded fat, salt and sugar. As the market was flooded with hummus
we deciced to innovate and create our signature SkinEdip Bean dips from white, navy beans and black beans, creating a line of
low-fat, preservative-free SkinEdips made from all natural ingredients and spices. After creating some amazing varieties of low
calorie, low fat, all natural bean dips, we moved on to soups, using all fresh vegetables and ingredients, then our signature
low-sugar, fruit SmoothE's and ready to eat dishes.
